I popped in here for lunch while staying at the Renaissance down the street. The sandwich was fresh and the girl that made it was nice. There was nothing different about this location from any other subway, but it was clean which always makes a difference. I recommend this place for a quick sandwich and the Chocolate chip cookies and reply pretty food too.

The customer service is very very bad. Never seen Subway being so horrible at customer service. Stay away from this place.

Decided to go to this subway on February 21st but then I quickly wanted McDonald’s instead. I went to McDonald’s only to realize I didn’t have my wallet in my pocket. I thought I might’ve left it in my hotel room or the subway. I went to the hotel room and could not find it so I immediately called subway. An employee named Thomas answered to let me know that he had my wallet. I came to pick it up and he was such a genuine guy and he deserves a raise.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been in! Staff was slow, rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. No acknowledgement and no thanks for visiting. Girl didn’t know how to make sandwiches and guy helping her didn’t say a word. Got back to hotel and seen a black hair in my sandwich. Stay away from this rude establishment

I very much commend the poor workers there today and this whole weekend with the conventions going on right now and the long longs of people going in. They worked as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Sunday afternoon line of ppl one person working np sweet tea and both bathrooms out of paper towels. Come on guys it's not that hard.....feel bad for the worker, nice lady but you can tell poor management.

Day 1: They were running out of bread.Day 2: All was good but the attendant was rude.

We came around 11/11:10am on July 20th and the employee was smoking a blunt outside. When she spotted us she started cussing and went back inside to help her coworker with our order and two others as well. All the while she kept repeating that our order was nasty and even called out to her other coworker about how she thought our order was crazy. She needs to learn the difference between interacting with customers and acting like a nuisance. And also not talk about how nasty our order is when she was the one outside smoking. Mind your business, make the order and move on.

Good food if you know what makes a good sandwich

Great service by the one employee staffed at the time. I think the ownership needs to look at having help more often as sometimes that one employee can get overwhelmed. I do give it a 4 star due to the employees and would of given a 5 star had the staffing be addressed. Maybe the general manager should work more with their employees to help out?

Bathroom was really discussing.

After going to another Subway and being told that they were out of bread for the next 30 mins I went to this one where the guy unapologetically told me he was out of onions, pickles, ranch and carbonation for the soda machine. Perhaps he would have thought it would be a good idea to tell me that before I order but instead he waited until he was already making the sandwich. I just don't understand how your restaurant runs out of so many ingredients and you allow this.

Used to be my to go subway but lately they hire people that looks they just bond out of jail and don't want to be there. Was Saturday afternoon and only 1 person working, after waiting 15 minutes I walk out cause I saw how dirty it was.

The staff was quick and friendly even when it got full. Being so close to a tourist attraction you get many travelers. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh and delicious.

Subway is Subway. Fast sometimes and slow other times. Today was fast and food was good. Footlong sub that's really ten inches, drink, and chips for almost 12 dollars just not worth it when you can go to a place like Chili's, Logan's, Miller's AL House and get their lunch special for the same price.

New Ciabatta sandwiches are great. Everything was fresh and to taste. Service was really good.

This subway is unclean and had nothing ready to pick from the menu. The only choices I had for bread was wheat or jalapeno. The meats looked old and they did not have pizza. I also found a broken nail next to the chips and lots of dirt. It's very unclean. Next the worker had on a very nasty subway shirt that had some dirt on the shoulders and dandruff. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a few days. I would not like to come back again. And this is coming from a guy that worked at a subway. I've seen better subways. This was at 9:30am on a Sunday.

Had hair in my food, was offered a new sandwich that was poorly made with stale bread. Avoid this one for sure! Staff were distracted and slow.

This sandwich was dry, cold and not so tasty. I hope this restaurant gets better.

Extremely fast and efficient service. I liked that the manager was there watching to make sure everyone was moving fast. There's a two-way mirror by the register which is pretty weird. That's the only reason I'd give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Only one employee with 7 people waiting in line. Lady had to been in her 60's working very , very slow. We was in line for over 40 mins smdh.

Tried ordering from Uber Eats here and the order kept getting cancelled by Uber since the restaurant was unresponsive. When I called the restaurant, the employee stated that they didn’t want to do Uber today and that the machine was not on. She was very unpleasant and seemed bothered that I had called.

This place is dirty! Unhygienic .. and do not perform by subway policies . Seen them use same gloves for veg and non veg and for handling cash :/ ! Also rude and just not upto standards! I don’t normally give reviews but here it is

Terrible experience!!! Visited this Subway on a Saturday night while attending a conference in the hotel right across the street. Only one employee working. There was a very shady individual sitting alone and playing loud music at one of the tables. Waited fifteen minutes for several people to order in front of us, then when it was our turn, we were told that there was no more sub bread of any kind... Had to walk to a different location (which was much nicer and actually had the ability to make subs).

Poorly run location. More than 1 staff member had a snippy attitude, not towards me but towards another customer. Two of the employees were sitting on the curb in front of the store smoking when I pulled up. Not very good show for a food restaurant. Especially a subway at that. Healthy sandwiches after you wave past all the nicotine! Sandwiches were good...

I was craving that cheesy garlic bread situation. Those darn TV commercials finally got to me. So I went in, and there was a substitute relief crew. For whatever reason, the regular crew had to close up the shop and call in the "relief crew", who were AWESOME! They make better sandwiches than the usual.crew. Sorry guys. They made me the most gorgeous sandwiches that I'd ever had from there. Btw, that garlic bread campaign is a winner. I hadn't been to Subway in all the years I lived near it. Since the garlic bread deal came out, I've been four times. Darnit Subway. PS: somebody try the garlic bread deal with a tuna sub. It is a RELIGIOUS experience. Religious I tell you.

Woman was nice but she clearly didn't put on as much meat as there should've been for an Italian BMT.
